Position Summary
This position supports the Health Education team by researching and drafting health communications and assisting with community workshops. Additional duties include community event planning, prep, and execution, as well as with development and dissemination of Community Health Needs Assessment materials.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of community events and health observances.
Compile and draft social media communications related to health observances.
Update and maintain inventory of health education materials.
Attend event planning meetings and contribute ideas.
Assist with event preparation, promotion, and execution (organizing supplies, loading, unloading, flyer drafting and dissemination, hosting booths).
Attend and assist with community health workshops.
Assist with development and dissemination of Community Health Needs Assessment documents.
Required Skills & Experience
Basic computer and internet skills.
Organization.
Ability to read and interpret health data.
Ability to lift up to 15 lb.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Interpersonal comunication skills.
