E-Learn: Effective Supervision for Early Career Professionals
This course will introduce strategies to help you effectively supervise fellows. You may already be familiar with some of these strategies, and you may learn some new ones. Regardless of how familiar you are, focus on how you can intentionally apply these practices to support your fellow's growth throughout the NC DPH Fellowship.
Program Purpose
​The NC DPH Fellowship aims to prepare early-career professionals for successful governmental public health careers in North Carolina, with a focus on high vacancy positions, by providing hands-on experience, education, coaching, and peer learning opportunities through the Learning and Performance Program.
