Effective Supervision for Early Career Professionals
Program Purpose
The DPH Fellowship aims to prepare early-career professionals for successful governmental public health careers in North Carolina, with a focus on high vacancy positions, by providing hands-on experience, education, coaching, and peer learning opportunities through the Learning and Performance Program.
